In short: Great scenic run through a Royal Park.
In full: Well organised, great atmosphere, get in early as always oversubscribed. I will do it again and again and again. Can't think of a better way to spend a Summer evening.

In short: Excellent race, friendly and well organised
In full: Really nice race through the park, well organised and a good quality t-shirt (although too long for a woman so will be added to my nightdress collection) Very Friendly and flat. No chance of getting lost as there are so many runners you won't be left on your own. and 7K is a good distance to encourage beginners to try a race.

In short: Run it, you'll love it, and maybe wear a bridal gown too...
In full: Very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Nice to run in my club colours for the first time and perform reasonably well. It's a quick course, and it's round my training ground too, so nice and familiar. Warm evening, deer munching away in parts of the ground and well organised and well marshalled. Great value considering the quality of the t-shirt, the effort put into the race and all for £6!! Baggage tents, maps and information galore. Absolute bargain.
Shame there was no Sonia O'Sulivan to see the back of in this race, I was hoping she'd be there.
Wonderfully relaxing post race atmosphere outside cricket club waiting for results with music and cheer. Good humour and definitely one to recommend and do again next year!

In short: A very nice way to spend a Friday evening
In full: But why does the race always feel so hard? Its flat, nice to look at, great marshalls, lots of people to run with, friendly. It should be a walk in the park and yet every runner I spoke to always says the same!
Nevertheless, cooler temperatures meant a nicer experience this year.
