In short: Awesome! Some of the most enjoyable running I've ever done.
In full: Loved running passed so many iconic London landmarks and, at the start, running on traffic free, almost deserted roads. Well organised, well signed, flat, perfect weather. What more could you want? And, all in support of the fantastic work Scope does working to make a very real difference to the lives of people with disabilities.
