In short: Really good all round -- see the sights of London, with many people cheering you on!
In full: All round I thought this was great. Only slight annoyance, though mostly my fault, was that since this was my first race I eagerly snapped up many free drinks while on the start line... only to have to go and use some toilets after about 1km!

In short: long walk to the start, long walk to the finish.no timed chip and a really poor quality medal at the end. very disappointing.

goodie bags are not handed out after the finish you have to go and pick them up from the kit bag area. if you have no kit bag to hand in its a struggle to get a goodie bag at all. its very badly organised for the money i would expect better

In short: pb material
In full: i ran the british 10k this year and took nearly 2 minutes off of my best time, i was fortunate to be nearer the front so i didnt have that much traffic, the weather at the time was overcast and therefore blustrey, so perfect for running, the goody bags were great and i must of got about 20 cans of free red bull, well done the sponsors!

In short: Very hot on the day and not enough water so slower runners went without.

In short: Great race with a great atmosphere, especially if you're a beginner like I was.
In full: It was my first 10k and although many of the elite and advanced runners may slag it off, I thought it was great and well worth the day out. I'd definitely do it again.

In short: Great race location - bad organisation
In full: Great location. Nice course - could have been better considering the location.
But organisation was woeful - 20,000 runners and so few toilets (queue for about 45mins)

In short: great race for a beginner not so great to beat a pb !
In full: this was my 3rd and last year i enter this race ! the aim with most runners is to beat last years time however due to no control as to where runners start makes this impossible ! after less than 1k runners in front of me were walking and bunched up in groups , why do people who do this stsrt at the front ? in order to try and beat last years time i had to zig-zag my way round adding to the distance and time . improvements need to be made !!!
