In short: Good, fast course. The sting isn't too bad In full: The organisation could have been better for this race. Queuing for the numbers was chaotic and resulted in a 15 minute delay. Definite PB potential was marred by xc at Lyme Valley the previous day. Well done Neil on your massive PB! Date of review: October 7, 2008

In short: Ouch its certainly a sting in the tail near the end!!! Great Half Marathon! In full: First hill is not too bad then its pretty flat with mild hills until near the end, the sting in the tail is steep but thankfully short, it certainly challenges you at such a late stage in the run!!!! Was glad to finish after that! Great organisation, marshalls were brill and shouted encouragement as you passed them, lovely winding country lanes made for nice views, my first half marathon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was extremely pleased with my time and everyone was really friendly. :-) Date of review: October 6, 2008

In short: EXCELLENT In full: I did the Quarter Marathon and managed a PB which has made my day. Well done to the marshalls who stud out in the rain. Nice medals. Shame the Quarter Marathon doesn't get a T-Shirt. Date of review: October 5, 2008

In short: Scenic course, easy countryside running apart from hills at the start and the end In full: Pleaseant scenic, and surpisingly fast, course. Work up the hill in the first 2 miles and enjoy the gradual downhill for the next 10. Bit pricy if you enter on the day and so miss out on the t-shirt. Date of review: October 5, 2008
