In short: cracking day out, no complaints here.
In full: to be honest i didnt notice the km marker problems. i had a great time on my first 10k, i live in coventry now (someones got too) but i was born and bred in incoln and i'd forgotten how lovely it is. did the great north run in 2004 for my first 1/2 marathon and both events are great for beginners and improvers and full blown atheletes alike. the lincoln race was my last for this year as i've injured my back so not gnr this year along with loads of other races this year but i will be back in lincoln in april, cant wait.

In short: nice race. with a good crowd
In full: A nice race, it's getting better each year. good start this year with three groups of runners.
Downside: elite runners of 100 are at the front, makes it very hard to get in the front group whilst running.
my advice for new runners next year: don't use the toilets after 9:30 "bit shall we say messy"
all finishers get a good quality medal much better than a over sized tee shirt.
overall well worth the run great finish!

In short: Getting better!
In full: Different problem every year, this time it was k-markers in the wrong place (either that or I ran one very quickly and walked the next one!). But still managed to take 2mins 10 off my PB, so all in all a great race.
