In short: A great, "proper" X-country race
In full: Mud, hills, mud, great scenery, and more slippery mud. Well organised and very friendly. Great range of mementos. All on a glorious winter's morning.

In short: Muddy! Really sunny.
In full: Lovely weather. So bright you couldn't see the ground as the sun was shining on the frost/water. Really very muddy. Not too hilly. Excellent organisation. Thoroughly enjoyable!

In short: Excellent course - brilliant organisation
In full: My first cross-country race - very tough but excellent fun! Was great to be able to get a shower and a beer after. Good momento too. Definitely one to do every year!

In short: Good Day Out
In full: Really enjoyed this race, was a great challenge. Only a couple of problems with the route not being marked out at a couple of places meaning I lost ground.
