In short: Great race, lovely scenery.
In full: Fab race around the village I grew up in, I remember hurtling down all those hills we had to run up!

In short: Hilly but beautiful run!
In full: This was my first half marathon and although it was hilly i really enjoyed it. Marshalls were friendly and it was good to be cheered on at the end and to see my time straight away! Will do it again next year.

In short: Great weather, excellent course, well organised.
In full: A glorious winters day, a great course, and a well organised event made for a thoroughly enjoyable race. A varied interesting course with encouraging marshallers. The instant availability of the race results was fantastic. Will leave a space in the diary for next years race.

In short: A very pretty race, well orgainsed. Worth turning up for.
In full: I always enjoy this race, it is midly challenging in places. But very pretty and very well organised. No complaints at all.

The Tea and Bun afterwards was a very nice touch indeed.

I will always try to keep space in my calender to run this one.

In short: great running conditions, a great route, wonderful surroundings
In full: this was my second half marathon; - as a newcomer, purely recreational, not remotely competitive runner I was a bit worried after reading last years reviews, but it was brilliant. The hills weren't too bad! Well signposted and marshalled - thanks for a great morning.

In short: Great value and a great course
In full: Good organisation, marshalling & finish - pretty and interesting course. With the hills thought that there was no chance of a PB but only missed it by one minute. Definitely be back next year to beat it. Thanks to all the organisers & volunteers
