In full: the first 4 miles were hard, very hard.
the back 3 miles were also hard with some steep bits to contend with.
well marshalled, decent xmas pud which will take a month of running to work off.

In short: A great event
In full: First mile up hill killed and by mile 4 I thought I would die. That is one beast of a hill at mile 4. Flew down the last 3 miles at a rate 2 minutes quicker per mile. Second attempt and I will be back again. Well done to the organisers....great bacon butty at the end.

In short: Another good turn out
In full: My 3rd year. Weather damp at start but it doesn't seem to hamper anyone's running.

Good atmosphere. Marshalls as always encouraging.

Lots of details for other races available.
