In short: Nice, flat, fast course
In full: A pleasant 10k in a nice settings. Shame about the wet weather but it was still a good run. Parking was a bit of a disaster - all that was needed was 1 person to stand there for a bit and tell us the main parking area was full and to turn back, but so many people kept piling in and then it turned into gridlock trying to get back out to find somewhere else. Marshalls were friendly and smiling despite the rain and a nice medal at the end too.

In short: Nice course, well marshalled, and friendly officials
In full: I really enjoyed this race, even though the weather was utterly foul. Thanks to the marshals for putting up with. Really nice to see children getting involved with the organisation as well.

In short: Flat course good for PB's.
In full: Despite bitterly cold weather and drizzle the race was fine. Flat 4 laps and excellent for my FLM preperation.

In short: Perfect first 10k - flat and 4 laps
In full: This was the perfect 10k for me. I'm in my 50's, running my first 10k and recovering from an injury; so it was great to be running 4 laps - if I couldn't make it I wouldn't have to trek back to the start from miles away. Also, my supporters could cheer me on whenever I ran round, it was a flat course, and it was away from the road.

The marshalls were friendly as well.

Finishing my fist 10k made me feel wonderful, so thank you!! I'll be back next year.

By the way, if you had trouble parking, just use one of the other car parks, eg on the Hackbridge Road. It's no more than 10 minutes from the start and can just be part of your warm up/down.
