In short: found it surprisingly hilly but loved the scenery in the park

In short: Quick race with slightly chaotic start - perhaps posting race packs next year would help.

In short: enjoyable race, well marshalled
In full: very much enjoyed. generally good surrounds (for this city boy), parks pretty to run through, though could happily never run through another underpass. Well marshalled. My other half got a full goody bag for doing the fun run which was free to enter- which I thought was an excellent touch, given entry fee for main event was entirely reasonable.
Impressed with and encouraged by marshal in blue jacket who i swear I must have seen 12 times on course (identical twins....).

In short: Good Marshalls. Damp . Undulating
In full: Overall, I enjoyed this one. Marshalls and organisation was generally good (other than minor gripes already mentioned). But blummin eck, those last two miles hurt!

In short: Organisation and marshalling was excellent (delayed start excepted) and I liked the 2 lap basis as I knew what I was up against in the second lap.
In full: My first half marathon and my first road run for 4 years so I went into this a little apprehensive but the course was good and I liked the 2 lap basis as I knew what I was up against in the second lap. Organisation and marshalling was excellent (delayed start excepted) and I will be looking to beat my time next year.

In short: Good intentions, up down and up and down.....
In full: Won't add to the start comments enough already said. Not sure if it's fast or not due to the undulations but the second half of both laps offered some slight downhills which allow you to make up some lost time. I was very appreciative of the buses laid on, I was on the train this was so this was the clincher for me entering as I knew I'd be able to get the start. And well done marshalls.

In short: Did my fastest 1/2 time yet so can't complain.
In full: Apart from the delayed start, which was a bit annoying its worth the trip. They should really post race numbers to entrants to save time though.

In short: Fairly gentle 2 lap course with 'stadium' finish
In full: Delay caused by distributing the timing chips was the only downside to this race. Good to finish on the running track where friends and family can cheer you on

In short: Lewis Hamilton's Home Hlaf
In full: And mine, too!! I don't live in Stevenage, but I'm from sometown outside. I'd run it again because my mother cheers me from the finish line. Not a bad run by any means, but not worth a massive journey for.
