In short: PB Potential. Traffic free but not people free. Sunny weather brought out the hordes for you to dodge. The large necked bottle of water at halfway was a lot better than the small plastic cups that you usually get. Choccies & magazines were nice. Date of review: April 4, 2005

In short: 5 miles with wind behind then 5 miles wind against In full: I found it a struggle running the second five miles with the wind against and little respite. Hardly the organisers fault though!
Well marshalled and run mostly with a sea-view Date of review: March 6, 2005
