In short: Fairly hilly i'd say!
In full: Beautiful clear blue skies on the day and friendly efficiant marshalling made for a wonderful 10k, very "undulating!" but gentle enough for me to achieve a PB. No food or drink in goody bag, and no medal, but a super run.
