In short: Not a pb course, but the setting is lovely.
In full: Hill at the start, repeated at around 7k is hard going and to have 3 sizeable hills in a 10k is demanding, but a great race and the long downhill to the house is magic. Although I walked the 3rd hill, it would not put me off doing it again with a little more preparation. Medal is good.

In short: All that is good in a race...others take note..
In full: 209 events have done a great job from literature, maps, champion chips, location and course !

Despite freezing fog, a long trip from surrey and a few hills it was a good fun event for all. Id o think trading standards may take exception to use of "undulating" though !

Will do more 209 events races (and prehaps they could take on a few Runners World races too !!)

Would be a great place to do a half marathon....?

See you soon 209 at Woburn Abbey...

In short: I would put it in the "Hilly" catergory as opposed to the "Undulating"! Certainly felt the aches and pains the following day !
