In short: one big hill that you have to do twice
In full: Very nice event around Longleat Estate all on road, no traffic. No many flat sections and a long steep climb that you have to do twice.

In short: Nice scenic route.... but oh those hills!!
In full: Well organised event despite the postponement to the original event. Slightly less people participating than I was expecting, but again due to the delayed date I think. The hills were tougher than I expected. Shame about the out of date 'shake' given away at the end!!

In short: Great race, watch out for the hills though!
In full: Beautiful scenery and route, and the discounted entry to the safari park was great, made a whole day of it! Don't let anyone tell you it isn't hilly - I swear there was virtually no flat bits anywhere!

In short: Great venue, with an already excellent event improved by changes to the route.
In full: This is our 4th run at Longleat. It's always been good, but I think the re-routing caused by the later date was a signifcant improvement. It's good to do the infamous hill in both directions rather than simply repeating that section. Hope 209 Events can keep it this way.

In short: Challenging first race with up and downs....
In full: Hills, Hills, Hills but made up with the opposite.

Nice to see the hills at the beginning of the race to prepare for the end when coming back!

Thouroughly enjoyed my first ever race set in a lovely scenario, with execellent organisation - what more can you ask for.

In short: Killer climb from 7k to 8k but you knew that when you ran that section down hill. Great finish and it needed to be. No chance of a PB.
