In short: Really enjoyable race. My favourite this year :o)
In full: A few tough hills thrown in for good measure throughout the course but overall a nicely challenging race. Organisation and support was 1st class! Really pleased I could be part of it.

In short: Even with the rain a great atmosphere
In full: I struggled this year with the rain. Everything was a little grey, damp and miserable - but the crowds still turned out to cheer. Bless them!

In short: Essential pre-London half but needs some updating
In full: this is the second time I have run this and the organisation is mixed ... the good: car parking and shuttle service, the bad: marquee for changing and bag storage a nightmare entrance and exit, the ugly: the start area mixed with non-runners and absence of any marshalling. So to the organisers you have a fantastic event but there are somethings you need to look at and improve for next year

In short: Most challenging race I've ever done but enjoyable - although over priced!
In full: I didn't find this a good value for money race at £19 with nothing after except a medal - no t-shirt or other goodies. I'd rather pay less and get nothing! The start was very cluttered and it was difficult to get to the starting line up from the grassy area. The residents/supporters were amazing - out all morning in the rain! Thank you to all of you for cheering us on. The hills were harder than I imagined but I did manage to run them all which I was proud of. The 3k long one was a killer and it was a shame about the weather as I'm sure the climb would have been worth it for the view but viability was too poor. I would def do it again though for the challenge.

In short: Initially a challenge for my first ever race but the encouragement from the locals made the hills easier, the pain less and the end of race cup of tea fantastic! e

In short: Challenging, hilly but great fun with fantastic support
In full: Crummy weather didn't stop the great local support and enthusiastic marshalls.
Really enjoyed the run even with 9 miles of hills.
