In short: Excellent organisation on a challenging course
In full: It's a couple of years since I last did this race. Organisation was really excellent - a massive improvement. Marshals were great. Only negative were the impatient Chigwell/Loghton car drivers

In short: The Hills have Eyes RVHM
In full: I normally run with someone on a race day, but not this one.

1000 people+ ran this, via footpaths and some roads. I achieved my usual time, but I did slow down a few times, which I never done before and it was mostly hills.

Great for working on the London Marathon or if you a runner!

At the end I said never again, but after a few days, I'm looking forward to doing it next year!

In short: all round excellent race
In full: fantastic organisation, start/finish on the track is great, marshalls were excellent especially on the tricky crossings

only negative was the baggage drop queues but as this was the first year with this facility and they've already announced how they're going to solve it next year it's turned into a positive

In short: Excellent and personal organisation, marshalls brilliant and toilet/changing facilities excellent.
In full: As a pacer race before one of the spring marathons, this was a good choice. The organisation was excellent. The changing facilities were super - much better than many even bigger races. It was a challenging race for marshalling and they did a super job. Nice touch finishing around the track.

In short: Very hilly a bit of a nightmare
In full: Excellent marshalling, coping with some very awkward car drivers. Water stations great especially the small bottles. Well organised race. For a first half marathon the hills were a killer.

In short: Really enjoyed this race. Well organised and friendly.
In full: Hats off to the marshalls on the road crossings, great job. Loads of encouragement from the other marshalls on the route too. Little bottles of water at the water stations that I thought were great as they weren't too heavy to carry round.
