In short: good flat race but start too crowded
In full: Enjoyed race and got a PB which is always good. A bit of wind and puddles but the organisaers can't control that in January.

In short: Superbly organised
In full: The striders certainly were out in numbers on Sunday organising this one - think just about everyone in the club must have been marshalling - loads of marshalls which was great. Also a lot pf police presence to stop the traffic where required. Flat course so definate PB potential. Only downside was the limited car parking.

In short: PB definate only if you ate proper night before (not like me :( )
In full: Nice flat course PB heaven marshalling good intentions not enough though. Few of front runners went down dead ends and off course. I did not eat enough carbs and with mara end of XC season training etc etc had a personal worse !!!!

In short: A challenge on the day due to large puddles and few slower runners it felt a little lonely at the back!l
In full: Great organisation with the exception of a bottleneck to get out of the Race HQ/sports hall. Plenty of marshals and police for traffic control. Lots of encouragement from the marshals towards the end but fellow competitors a bit serious, even at the back. I guess I just need to improve my race pace to be in with a shout of some atmosphere for next year!

In short: A very good race with has potential to be even better if some glitches are sorted. s
In full: Agree with comment below about hiring some portaloos especially since numbers have increased over last couple of years. Otherwise as good as last year, almost flat, real PB potential for slower runners, though some sharp turns can slow down the fastest guys. Underfoot muddy and wet in places, but very well marshalled overall despite one unfortunate incident detailed by others below.
