In short: Very pleasant!
In full: Nice views, a decent smattering of support, friendly runners. Good quality mug too - much better than a plastic medal!

In short: burn-out!!
In full: Was looking for a fairly flat course as a comparison to the Bath half (as I didn't enter it this year) and thats exactly what I got. Like DC did earlier in the reports - went off like a bat out of hell at burnt out at about 10miles (doing 7 min miles up until then but still VERY happy with PB finish. Like the mug as a change a also thought the t-shirts were an excellent idea. Enjoyed the cheering of the spectators even if they were few a far between - except maybe the ones who looked as if they had just opened a bottle of champers as I was going past - evil, pure evil!!!

In short: Great place for first half-marathon. Well organised, friendly, and a nice mug (better than a medal as it will get more use!)

In short: Great race for those out of practice! It really is flat. Bit disappointed not to get a goody bag or a medal. A chocolate bar would have gone down a treat!

In short: Great Race, PB a definate possibility. Good for all standards of running
In full: A great race, throughly enjoyed it. Can be windy in the open areas. Very flat, fast and good to run a PB on. The first timer would do well to think about this race as a starter, on their marathon quest!

In short: Windy course as very open but still a good day out.
In full: Not a flat as people think and very open and exposed. That aside a good atmosphere and a good race.

In short: Excellent, course was the flatist 1/2 I've ever done.
In full: Had a brillant run, got a PB managed to knock off approx 14mins from previous times. Some of that was due to being fitter but also to the flat course. Very well marshalled, lovely country roads to run along, its was nice seeing the supporters around the course. Will be back next year. Thanks
