In short: Very good organisation, friendly race, with good cakes!
In full: Very good orgnisation - well marshalled event with good encouragement along the way. Friendly atmosphere and good PB potential. Not too dull a route despite the 3 laps. Excellent refreshments at the end with home make cakes in abundance! Only downpoint was that the showers were only available for the male competitors.

In short: well marshalled race on flat course
In full: Well marshalled race on flat 3 lap course. Did PB which I assume is down to course set-up rather my lack of training. Definite intend to return in future years.

In short: not there for the scenery went for a pb and got one
In full: you cant expect to much from a run in an urban area. there was alot of traffic but i never had any problems as the marshalls done a great job . The prices in races are going up and i do understand why. all round i had a good day and would do it again

In short: fast, flat and worth the trip
In full: The whole event was very simple, well organised and well worth the trip. Three virtually flat laps around suburbia, very helpful marshals at the numerous side roads meant no hassle from traffic. Enough runners so not on your own and a wide variety of runners - allthough mainly club there that's no reason to be put off. Managed a PB without specific training which I'm sure is down to the course and the laps helping with pace. Will definitely do ths again.

In short: The most encouraging marshallls i've ever seen. V fast. Online entry needed badly though.

In short: boring course but ok for a first crack at the distance
In full: marshals were great and a few bystanders gave a welcome cheer but a pity that the water station was only available on the first lap, just after the 3 mile mark and was taken away for subsequent laps.

In full: Great for a pb, just need to get your head down and forget about whats around you, cant always get a pb course and a great view, i never seem to look around at the view when im running anyway. well marshalled with lots of encouragement, but it came up .6 short on the garmin at 9.94 miles.
