In full: good fast course with no inclines.Good sharpener for the marathon season ahead. Pretty well organised on the whole , a little congested/chaotic at the start for the numbers running.

In short: Fast but the start needs to better design
In full: A well organised race on the whole apart from the start. There are 1000 runners from elite to beginner starting in a residential street. It is very tight and cars were coming through right up to the start and the crowds had to part to allow them through. There are many in-experienced runners in this event and some try to start too near the front - this means that there is a lot of jostling as faster runners try to get around slower runners. It would help if there was an indication at the start of where varying abilities should be e.g. under 30 mins, under 35 mins, under 40mins etc.
