In short: Really good fun
In full: Well organised, well marshalled, plenty of water stations and good course.

For those moaning about the industrial landscape - this is the centre of Sheffield. It's not rocket science to work out that it will be industrial.

In short: Good city centre race, very well supported in certain places
In full: More toilet facilities at the start, and clearer mile markers would be appreciated, but a very good event and great stadium finish, 'goody' bag a misnomer though!!

In short: getting better
In full: better organised with no log jam to get out of the stadium. good course with plenty of first aid (well used). Hot day good atmosphere, not quite as good as last year. Goody bag had a rubber light bulb in and that was all. That is the worst bag ever.

In short: Great!!
In full: A fantastically organised run. Sheffield, you should be very very proud of yourselves. The crowd were awesome, the stadium is/was fantastic, the weather gorgeous. Everything was spot on from start to finish.

The water stations were very frequent and very plentiful. Sponges, energy drink at the end, clear mile markers, nice t shirt, great certificate, easy parking. A truly great half marathon. Ok the scenery aint great but its a steady test.

WELL DONE SHEFFIELD!!!!!

In short: good atmosphere up Eccy Road and thru city centre but some areas bleak.
In full: I enjoyed starting and finishing in the stadium, the support over the line was good. I thought there was a good number of drinks stations compared to some races. The support in the middle section of the race was good but apart from in the stadium the last 3-4 miles was hard going through the industrial estate with no support. Having said that I enjoyed the day and would run it again.
