In short: Challenging
In full: Done this in a PB of 1.37 yet no record of this on the official site? I emailed Watford Harriors but had no response ever which i thought was very slack.A very hard race, hilly in parts and very rural but was good for preparation for FLM.

In short: good race, got a pb so job done
In full: the hills made the course inteesting, not to sure about the third water station, and also tasted like there was poinon in with the sponges. Organisation at the end was shambolic but the race and marshals were really good.

In short: Did manage a PB but not all together a comfortable run
In full: More senic than you would expect and the hills made a good challenge, I found the final loop in that park really demoralising though.
