In short: Good opportunity to get your pre-marathon long run in - but I wouldn't describe it as flat!
In full: Apart from the hill at 14/20 miles, the first 9 were quite undulating in places. Also thought for those coming in after 3 hrs it was quite a lonely run if you were alone.

In short: Well organised, good marshalls, nice scenery, would do again - the hill at 14 / 20 miles was 'interesting' & my language went downhill as I went uphill!

In short: Wonderfully organised & a beautiful part of Surrey
In full: Make a day out of it and make sure you book a good pub lunch afterwards.
A big thank you to the organisers and good course for the LM re proximity, if driving from London.

In short: First 21 miler
In full: As a prep for London this race is a must - The drinks stations were very friendly and the stewards offered plenty of support . The Hill at 20 miles made it interesting . I learnt a lot from this race and will be better prepared for London 05 .
