In short: undulating but fun
In full: Have not done this for a few years, went off way to fast and paid for it at 13 miles, was hoping to do the 21 but only did the 15 in the end, so a steady pace would have made the day more productive

In short: Excellent Pre FLM race !
In full: It was wet, windy and cold but it was a great race. The sweets were really appreicated at 10 miles and although there was little supporters there was agreat atmosphere amongst the runners.
Would do it again !

In short: A great race despite the weather
In full: Thankyou to the organizers, to the tea ladies and especially to all the marshals who stood cheerfully in the cold and rain so we runners could get our pre FLM fix. Rarely have I been so cold and wet at the end of a race, you guys must have been frozen. You all deserve a medal!

In short: Well organised, friendly race on rolling country lanes
In full: Excellent marathon warm-up (Paris for me, not London!) Interesting set-up with the option of 1 or 2 6 mile laps. Considering the rain the course still appeared very pleasant and scenic and although not flat, the slopes were generally fairly gentle and offered a nice variation. Organisation was very good, drinks stations seemed perfectly adequate and marshalls were admirably cheery and helpful. Will definitely consider this again for next year for my return to FLM. Worth the early morning start!
