In short: Beautiful day, tough course, great scenery, very well organised.
In full: One of the first races I've done and definitely the ost challenging and the most enjoyable (glorious views across the downs on a beautiful day). An important lesson learnt - don't turn up 15 minutes late for the start, it's not nearly as much fun running on your own! Thanks ever so much to all the marshalls for their support - I needed it.

In short: Well worth getting out of bed for. I actually thought I had entered a 10k race (!) but was able to complete the 10 miles...
