In short: The hills came as a bit of a shock!!
In full: A very challenging course. I was hoping that the run from the start up the driveway to the road was going to be as hilly as it got....!!Definitely not a chance of a PB on this one but the run to the finish was fantastic and well worth the effort.

In short: Nice and testing with plenty of hills. One of the downhills is particularly steep (in the wet). Good and well organised

In short: Fantastic race, excellent atmosphere.
In full: This is the third 10k I have run recently and by far the best. I have been running on and off for 4 years - this being probably my 6th race to date. The atmosphere was fantastic, the course challenging but very enjoyable and the organisation and facilities great. I couldn't recommend it more. It is definitely my favourite 10k thus far.

In short: Cracking day - perfect conditions - well organised and good venue at the friendly rugby club. Hills long but steady both going up and down (except one small steep downhill) but really enjoyed the morning, thanks to all.l

In short: Great race, welcoming, very scenic. Not one for a personal best however!
In full: My first Huddersfield 10k. I heard it was hilly, and it is....not one for beginners but very friendly and welcoming. Excellent facilities in the rugby club too, bacon sarnies available afterwards! Bit of a queue at the start, but I'll be back next year.
