In short: Great venue for a HM. Excellent organisation, and the best goodie bag around!
In full: My second year of doing the Bolt, and I stepped up to the 21k which was a good decision.
The route is off road, and very safe (for those that care about these things), but it is also challenging with a couple of "interesting" hills.
The organisation is superb, and the overall feeling is of a great family day out. The warm up at the start is great fun, and puts everyone in the right frame of mind for having a good time.
Plenty of water around the route, and with temperatures up to 20c on the day it was needed.
I will vertainly be back in 2012.

In short: Great race run by a lot of friendly people.
In full: Ah, you know you're at a race in Surrey when the coffee tent is a Starbucks. Charming event in very nice countryside, with handy caffeine-based sponsorship and lots of people apparently enjoying themselves. There are a couple of hills, so best prepare for that, especially if you're doing the half-marathon (because you'll go up them four times). There are also lots of people walking the shorter events, and though most people were very considerate, be ready to weave a bit. I'd happily do this one again though - it's worth the entry free to watch the runners with dogs career off in totally random directions at the start. A very good beginning to the weekend.

In short: Must be good as this is my third year doing one of the Bolt Runs
In full: I've done the 10k for the last two years, and decided this year to give the half a go. Lovely weather, very good conditions underfoot, and asides from the delayed start very well organised. The only slight downer, imo, is the extra 1km uphill on the 21k route.
