In short: Hilly half marathon in amazing location.
In full: Was concerned about the hills so surprised myself by running a PB. Not sure how given it's not an especially quick course, except for the final mile. Will almost certainly do this again. My only whinge was cups rather than bottles of water.

In short: loved this race. Far better than Watford half with a great last mile downhill!
In full: really enjoyed this race. Everyone kept saying it was worse than Watford, however I found it more welcoming, not as intense and a lovely route.

Only problem was there was a lot of traffic so quite dangerous.

In short: Challenging route - be prepared for some good hills !!!
In full: Very well organised - well supported - the only down side was the traffic where I experienced some very unsympathetic and impatient drivers - this did not affect my overall enjoyment of the race. Thanks to the Rotary Clubs of Berkhamstead and their volunteers
