In short: Good race, but plase sort out the showers.
In full: Some hot water for the later finishers would be nice.

In short: Can we please have a medal or t-shirt next year and not a rubbish glass
In full: Well marshalled, perfect running weather this race continues to be a great prep race prior to spring marathons.

In short: Good well organised race, Didn't like turning right angles on grass after 20 miles of gently curving tarmac tho. But a great measure of how the marathon training is going.

In short: Was struggling with a bad back so only completed 12 miles, I found the course OK, but thought there was a bit too much traffic on it to be ideal

In short: My beef - ruddy COLD showers!
In full: Nice race - it would have been good to know before hand of the complexities of the last quarter mile trhough the houses. I wasn't ready for that lap on grass!

In short: Well organised, pre-London pace race.
In full: This was my first 20 mile race and what a good start. It was well organised from the arrival to the start of the race. The marshals were excellent, all the way round they were supporting the runners and keeping us in check. The route was quite hilly but enjoyable with good mile markers, except for the last which was a killer, to see so close to the school. All in all a very enjoyable race which can only be a credit to the club.

In short: Excellent as long as you like challenging hills!
In full: I did the 12 mile race and enjoyed it (despite the hills!). Most of the runners were doing the 20 mile race, presumably as a warm up for the London Marathon.
My only gripe would be, for next year, to sort all the runners at the start into time order.

In short: Good 20 mile prep. for marathon
In full: Undulating course adding up to a great workout for spring marathon...certainly beats the normal long run! Support was good and the route was pleasant (when I wasnt looking at the floor thinking how many more miles!!) Rounding the corner heading towards the school and seeing the 19 mile marker was a heart breaker. Overall a well organised challenging event.
