In short: Challenging cross country race, bit muddy, steep woodland parts, a good test. Marshalls were lovely and encouraging.

In short: Fun for all the familly
In full: Nice testing terrain, the sports village was inspiring (and inspired my kids too which was good), the 5k and kids race option are very much appreciated.
Signage on arrival by car could be better, but thats a really minor niggle. Lovely day.

In short: Glorious
In full: I know its unseasonally mild but what a great little race. Mud (tho not as much as you might expect in Feb), climbs, roots, rocks and a surprising amount of (family). great location and know real problems. One to mark on your calenders guys

In short: Muddy and challenging
In full: Bit mystified by the comment complaining about mud as the organisers positively crow about it.
A fun route that was a little crowded at the start and tricky to overtake in parts of the woods. Definitely not a PB race.

In short: Disgraceful!
In full: In my opinion this "race" should have been cancelled due to the extreme, muddy and at times very dangerous conditions. This race was completely mis-represented on the organisers website and I strongly advise that you don't compete in this if this is your first 10km race ever or if you are using this race as part of your half/marathan training plan. The mars bar received at the end didn't make up for this poor, poor race. Finally, signs should have been put up on the campus to help direct people to the correct area.

In short: im trying to work out if this is the best race ive ever done or the worse
In full: im trying to work out if this is the best race ive ever done or the worse the route was over very boggy ground , razor sharp rocks and brambles across the path(sacerteurs the night before would of been good marshalls) the fences styles and single paths meant you could only go as fast as the man infront, but it worked- we knew it was winter , the conditions would be cold and damp people were very upbeat about the course the goody bag was ok a shopping bag and choccie bar see you next year
