In short: Great to run in again this year. Only let down was no water at finish - Perhaps I should run quicker !
In full: Missed out on the technical T - Shirt as I tend to opt for the long sleeve version as they are handy for training runs in the winter - Next year I'll go for the Tech T.
Well done again Lliswerry Runners - Hope I'll be there for many years to come :-)

In short: Great place to start as you mean to go on.
In full: Tried this last year and was slightly caught out by the sheer unadulterated flatness of the course. Came back a bit stronger this year and loved it all the way.
Nice T-shirt as well.

In full: Excellent from start to finish-lucky with a lovely day but everything organised well. Brill t-shirt at the end. Just how a race shoud be run! Will definately be back next year. Thank you to the organisers - you deserve a pat on the back!

In short: Fast, flat and definate PB course.
In full: Well organised, fast flat race. Walk to the start is very short and helps with the warm down at the end. Very friendly, helpful and nice t-shirt to go with it. Will be putting it in my race diary for next year. Shower and changing facilities close by.

In short: Well organised and good value
In full: My 4th time doing this and the organisation was good as always. Great pb potential, value for money and we even got a technical top this year which is much appreciated. Nice homemade cakes on sale afterwards too.
Thanks Lliswerry Runners will be back again next year.

In short: Brilliant as usual!
In full: Superb race as it always is. Perfect conditions, esp the weather. Bit of a bummer that we can't use the school as that means a real trek to and from start/finish. Also the Amber Bar is a bit small and chaotic, but none of that is the fault of Lliswerry Runners, who did a grand job yet again. Must add that I was delighted with the new improved T shirt. Back next year :-)
