In short: Great race, but hot hot hot!
In full: Still one of my favourite races, helped by the late start, great organisation, lovely scenery.

In short: Excellent, well organised race.
In full: I was very impressed with the organisation throuout this race, the hose half way through was particularly welcome. The New Forest is always beautiful to run in. It was a late start and hot but, as I came from London the late start meant that I could get the first train that morning and didn't have to stay over the night before.

In short: One event not to be missed
In full: It`s a great event with nice scenery, loads of cheerful marshals, fast enough at the sharp end of things, fun runs to keep you busy if you are watching, plenty of parking, space & time to stay on afterwards, nice horse brass but it does get hot thou.

Well done New Forest Runners.

In short: Excellent summer 10 miles
In full: Second time for me and just as enjoyable and challenging as last year. Very well organised, easy parking, plenty loos etc. A strong field made this a fast race for the conditions.

In short: Fabulous scenery, marshalls, organisation, kids/fun runs, great for spectators.
In full: Lovely race with all the necessaries - great marshalls and scenery, good water stations - hose pipe really needed, no major hills, great atmosphere at start and finish with entertainment for kids and lots of other races, food and although i don't qualify great prizes, nice Horse brass to all finishers was lovely change for the rest of us.

In short: Glorious race
In full: First time for this one, I will be back. Excellent organisation, marshalls & course. Fair bit of shade. But, & it is a small 'but', how about an earlier start?

In short: The one race I make sure not to miss every year.
In full: This is what it's all about, I'd say. Stunning scenery, great atmosphere and seamless organisation. My one, very very tiny, issue is that it would be great to get water in bottles, rather than cups, which are much harder to drink from, but then I'd happily have nothing to drink at all rather than miss this one. It's an absolute beauty. Take a bow, as ever, New Forest Runners.

In short: great race in the heart of the New Forest
In full: forget chasing a pb and come and enjoy a day out in the New Forest. You'll struggle to get a pb because of the heat, gravel tracks and many undulations but still worth it as a friendly, family orientated day and great scenery to boot - why would you ever want to race city streets after doing a run like this.
