In short: Fun & Muddy!
In full: Lots of mud and hills! Friendly enough for beginners but not that slow at the back. We were spoilt at the end with a choccie bar, certificate and a lovely medal! I will be back next year!

In short: Mud, puddles and hills
In full: Even though I did it last year, I forgot how tough and seemingly never ending the mud was, but then having got through that forgot the length of the hill at the end

In short: A hard but enjoyable run in the woods with plenty of mud
In full: This is an excellent run to practice running down hill, then through mud and then when you're tired uphill. Very character building.

In short: Friendly, demanding and wet.
In full: Superbly organised and very well marshalled. This is a great race! Absolutely no chance whatsoever of " a time", but an enjoyable opportunity to splash through claf deep mud and puddles, with a few not to demanding climbs thrown in. The first mile or so of descent tempts you to start fast, but the final mile of ascent means that a steady start is more sensible.

A great race - back next year!
