In short: Some deceptive hills but mainly flat. Not a race to travel a long way for but if you're local it's well worth the effort

In short: A thorougly enjoyable and runner-friendly event
In full: A very well organised event. The route was clearly marked, there was a large number of marshalls and numerous water stations. The course was very attractive with a lot of tracks through the woods but also quite demanding with a couple of very challenging hills.
