In short: Weather conditions were good,very good trail course,good standard of competition plus a god medal.
In full: 2nd year and enjoyed it again plus ran 5 minutes quicker as better conditions as course was fairly dry.Probably best trail race in the area as great scenery and challenging hills as well as lots of arshals and well mapped out with white flags and tape.I would recommend this if you haven`t done a trail 10K,you get a good medal and nice tea and cake when you get back to the club house.
