In short: bloody hard work but very very enjoyable cant weight till 2009 run a .a nice medal for the cabinet as well

In short: brilliant course, nice and cheap, well organised. it's a tough old course, but i managed to improved by 3 mins compared to the last time i was there a couple of years ago.

In short: overall good race well done flitwick flyers
In full: this was a great event well done to the flitwick flyers for there top class organisation and top event.i will be back next year.

In short: Hard but good!
In full: Good weather, good race and great organisation/support. Still red-faced and out of breath now though!!! Hard work but enjoyed it (and definitely felt that I'd earned my gatorade and tracker bar!).

In short: tough bit of morning fun!!
In full: challanging course but well organised with some great marshalls full of encouragement. very nice medal and welcome bottle of gatorade and tracker bars at the finish. definately one to do again-even if that hill is a bit of a killer!
