In short: Great atmosphere great support from locals but please can we have chip timing
In full: Loved it. Will be back next year. Took me one and half minutes to get through the start.Chip timing would have made it not a problem. I would rather pay an extra pound and be timed.

In short: Good to be back. Nice course, well organised, "interesting" medals - what are they made of!
In full: Slight niggle - 5th mile was 0.88 and last mile was long so halfway marker flattered to deceive. 1st drinks station was self service.

In short: Great race!
In full: I thought it was great, lovely weather, fantastic scenery, good organisation and some very much appreciated support from marshals and supporters.

I found it quite hilly though, I'm wondering if I ran a different race to some of you that said it was all down hill? I WISH! I guess I'd better go and do some more hill training.
I will definitely be back next year.

In short: excellent half marathon - well worth a go!
In full: This was my first half marathon so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect but this race was well worth it! The event is very well organised and the route was good. There is good support on the course although a bit sparse in places. My only disappointment was the medal!! Would def do it again!

In short: Excellent, well organised race. The support puts big city races to shame.
In full: This was the first time I have run the race and I was pleasantly surprised by the entire event, despite reading very positive reviews of the race in the past.

I will definitely do it again.
