In short: Tough race in the weather but great organisation and friendly atmosphere makes it a definite for next year
In full: Challenging course but maintains the organiser's great choice of courses. Looking forward to the (?)equally challenging "Run the Zig Zags" next month

In short: Challanging off road race. Very muddy so don't wear your new trainers if you're going to wear them out the next day.All good fun but not for the faint hearted (3km finish along the beach against the wind).

In short: A great off road race made tougher by the wind and rain
In full: Hard to keep your head up in the conditions to see the scenary but none the less an excellent run. Lots of running on sand which saps your legs especially the long slog along the beach to the finish. My first off road and I'll be looking for more.

In short: A bit of a challenge this one
In full: No use looking for PB's on this race it's a grind uphill followed by a bit of cross country before a grind back along the beach. However whilst tough in places it's not an impossible race even for new(ish) runners and the setting is glorious even in the rain and driving wind.
I'll be back next year, by which time my kit might have dried out.

In short: hard run
In full: what a great race, the beach always kills on the start then up agglestone rock which is hard, then over marshlands which u get breathless. The last 3km home stretch is along the beach its very hard, and u cant see the finish line. The weather was horrible made it very hard. i would do it all over again though : )

In short: Exhausting but exhilerating
In full: Hard start along the beach followed by steep climb up to Agglestone Rock. Quite nice stretch over heathland before very taxing run of soft sand (before the beach) and final push along the coast in gale force wind and torrential rain. Where were the Jelly Babies when you need them? Great run, would recommend this to anyone who wants a change from road running.

In short: Tough!
In full: The was a race of thirds for me. The start along the beach then up to the top of Harry's Rocks was tough and took a lot out. The middle was a chance to get your steam back and try to take in the scenery through the wind and rain and the last 4k through the sand onto the beach into the headwind and driving rain was tough. Loved it though and will be back!!
