In short: It's a scenic challenge that consistently makes you want to improve
In full: This was a complete challenge. As soon as I finished, I wanted to train even harder to finish with a better time for next year's race. Rob and his team did an excellent job to prepare the race. All runners were supportive of each other, and on some parts of the course where the going gets tough, it is CERTAINLY required! An overall excellent race. At the finish, the medal is great, but the price of finishing the race is greater! Highly recommended for runners who can smile and be ready for something completely different!

In short: I loved and hated every minute!!
In full: Took me nearly 1 hour longer than my half PB, and was cursing and in pain on the steps the second time! Didn't get the sub 3 that I wanted which means that I'll have to do it all over agin next year - I can't wait!! Fantastic way to spend an afternoon, even if I had to spend the next 3 days in pain! Thanks Dr Rob.

In short: Fantastic feeling of achievement
In full: The drop down tabs in more detail;

Scenery - Wonderful views near the lookout - it will take you mind off the running.

PB Potential - Add anything from 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins to your current HM PB.

Atmosphere - Never have I been to an event with such an "One for all, all for one" feeling - great support.

Organisation - Where to I start..race numbers / T-shirt with your name printed on, signs along the way, picnic afterwards.

Value - Post-Race Goodies afterwards excellent.

Beginner-friendliness - In terms of the route...maybe not the best first time race.

Top tip - Book up early as next year`s race will be another sell out.

Thank you all for such a great event.

In short: Hardest but also the best race I've ever run
In full: A fantastic race, lovely scenery and great food and goodies at the end. It was also incredibly tough especially the final set of stairs. I don't know how the people doing the picnic managed everything twice. I'd promised my son that we'd do the London to Brighton bike ride next day which wasn't very sensible.

I have 20 stairs up to my office and have to go up and down them several times each day. Monday was absolute agony but feeling better now.

Many thanks Dr Rob- another great Trionium event. Will definitely be back next year
