In short: I'll be back next year!!
In full: Well done Alan Taylor and your fantastic team!!
What a brilliant race. Having driven up from a snow and ice covered Northampton I was worried it would be colder up North!! However I received a very warm welcome and a well organised race. I will be back next year. Thanks again!

In short: Well done for getting it on!!
In full: The steak pie after was a right treat!!!
Well worth the drive up for this race.
Went ahead despite the weather so well done for getting started.
Course was fairly flat but the bitterly cold wind at the end was harsh!
Will definitely do this again.

In short: Great idea to move the start/finish to its' new position. The camaraderie of runners was a great help over the last two miles. Good marshalls. Great race.lp

In short: Great value for money, fast PB potential course, good venue. Top notch race
In full: Good parking, fast number pickup/registration (inside!), enough toilets (though what race couldn't do with more!), good flat route (a couple of slight inclines to stretch the legs out!), mile markers spot on (listening to all the garmins beep evry mile!), good happy marshals, free race photos, nearly got a PB missed out by 30 seconds (my excuse is the badly arranged cold head wind for the last 4 miles!), plenty of water (in bottles with sports caps) on route, excellent goody bag with water, big chocolate bar, medal and wooly hat. To top it all off a hot pot to all finishers! All in all what more could you ask for! Top race well done to the organisers :-)
