In short: A good well organised race despite the wind and cold
In full: A good ten miler to add to the race calendar. Very well organised and marshalled despite the very cold wind.
The course was good and varied and seemed to be a well attended event.

In short: Biting winds but loved it all the same
In full: Even though I trotted along the road to warm up, for the first mile my legs and feet were on automatic pilot, it was so chilly. The course was great, the marshalls fab and I was pleased with myself, the first long run since last October's Lewes Downland in howling gales and side swiping rain. Anyway, who says Norfolk is flat!

In short: Biting wind, snow showers, sooo cold, but lovely course, with ups and downs and great organisation
In full: It was a hardy group that turned out on a freezing cold day, with a strong and bitter east wind and snow showers, but what a great run. Well organised, plenty of marshals (and what a great job they did, standing around for several hours in those temperatures - thanks guys), good memento. Plenty of undulations, but nothing too taxing and the sun came out for some of the time at least. I'll be back next year.

In short: Good early season training run
In full: I am training for Ironman and it fitted in really well with my miles for the week. I was able to settle into good pace and did not feel that I was pressed to join the front runners. Own pace 6:58min/mile finished in 1:09:54 very happy

In short: Tough but fun
In full: Good race with freindly marshalls, well organised.
How the hell some of you lot managed personal bests is beyond me. Every hill only seemed to go up and the wind was relentless.
Good fun though. See u next year.
