In short: A good off-road run with a mixture of woods and hillside fields. I would say undulating rather than hilly, it's more the surface than the inclines that are the challenge. Trail shoes are recommended. Would defo do it again.

In short: More of a muddy rock climb than a run, but great fun!

In short: Testing race in the snow !
In full: I wasn't sure if this race would go ahead a couple of days beforehand , but luckily it did, and gave me a real good test. The snow made you feel as if you had to work twice as hard, but I thought the course was a great balance of uphill, downhill and flats,
Friendly marshalling and great support considering the weather. A nice medal and choccie bar at the end was appreciated . To sum up, a good start to my 2013 race calendar !

In short: S'no race like a snow race! :)
In full: I've ran the skyline 10k a couple of times now. I love the views and challenging muddy areas and find the marshalls very friendly and encouraging.
Fun in the snow today though!

In short: Snow made this a special race.
In full: Excellent race in the snow on a good cross country course made going slow but an excellent race. Thanks to marshals, shivering in cold conditions, but still offering plenty of support.

In short: Fun for all the familly
In full: Nice testing terrain, the sports village was inspiring (and inspired my kids too which was good), the 5k and kids race option are very much appreciated.
Signage on arrival by car could be better, but thats a really minor niggle. Lovely day.
