In short: Fast, friendly, efficient race In full: Really enjoyed doing this race, a really good club event (not many fun-runners) with a big ability range.
Course is a loop, left-turns only, on closed roads in the countryside outside Gainsborough & Morton.
Organisation was very efficient, with the race's Facebook page helping to keep everyone informed.
Slight quibble is the fact that the race starts nearly 1km from the race HQ with little parking nearby. A wet start would be a real misery as there's virtually nowhere to shelter before the start once you're there.
If that could be cured, perhaps by using the primary school in bad weather, then this would get a 5.
In short: Well organised. Friendly. In full: I entered on the day. Easy registration. Well signposted to the start. Great atmosphere. Locals cheered you on. Nice goody bag, medal. I got a PB. The rain started after I had finished so that was a bonus. Date of review: March 30, 2013
