In short: 2006 Half Marathon: Very well organised Half Marathon and Marathon!
In full: Strong head wind at times, but the friendly crowd in the villages made certainly up for this... Very scenic and versatile run - the miles really seemed to come by quickly.
Only the refreshments were rather disappointing - bacon rolls are not exactly great refuel after a race... And the tea and coffee were pretty horrible!
It's also a shame that "Running Forever (one of the sponsors and a great running shop in Taunton) did not have a stall there.

In short: Perhaps I'm a bit bias as it's a local race, but it's nice to get back to doing a half after so long
