In short: Great run. you think it should be easy enough but the hills just drain you
In full: Did it 2 years ago and thought I was having a bad day. Though I knocked a couple of minutes of my time it still seemed very hard work for 21K. It is though a great run with lots of variation and a very freindly feel. A great job is done with the tea and cake at the end.

In short: The toughest race in my calendar
In full: One of the highlights of my year again.

Incredibly tough ...... and I thought I was fit !

I reached the 75 stairs quicker than last year, so I wasn't delayed for too long.

Some of the hills were so long and so steep, I felt a great sense of accomplishment when I crossed the finishing line.

Great organisation as usual. From a purely personal point of view, the medal doesn't do much for me.

In short: It doesn't get any easier the more times you run it ;-)
In full: This was my second go at the 21km route and was every bit as hard as last year. Fantastic race, very hard and hilly but the scenery is gorgeous and the organisation spot on. Would highly reccomend!

In short: An extremely hard but satisfying run! Running through such a beautiful countryside helped take my mind off the pain...
In full: Hills, hills and more hills! I hurt in places I didn't even know existed! This was a truly hard and exhausting run, but one I will do again next year without a second thought! (brave words...!) Amazing scenery, friendly marshalls, great organisation, I'm telling all my friends about this one!
