In short: Top Notch!
In full: This has to be one of the best ways to spend a Fri evening. It's a well organised race on a traffic free course on a mix of surfaces. Loved it and loved the t-shirt. Only one very minor gripe....please can the organiser shout a bit louder!

In short: A great way to start the weekend
In full: A lovely atmosphere and enjoyed the scenery. The grassy bits killed any attempt for a PB. Cycled there and as not far from home an easy race for me to get to and the cycle helped warm up the muscles for the race. A great way to end the working week and start the weekend. Loved the colour of the t-shirt. First time I have done this race but now I have set a benchmark time I will be back!

In short: Another well organised race
In full: Really enjoyable race, if only it was on my doorstep then I could avoid the hell that is M3/M25 on a Friday Evening.

Well organised, great course, T-shirt (less said about the colour this year the better), chip timing, beer and burger available.

Great start to a weekend.

In short: So great to be back amongst fellow runners.
In full: Brilliant event as ever. Gr8 to see to many familiar and welcoming faces. It's been too long (again) since I returned to Bushy Park - there's nowhere quite like it (and I now live in the Chilterns) so am spoilt for glorious locations to run in.
Loving the day-glo like green t-shirt. Almost back on form (pre-baby) - hope to crack a PB at this event next year in my new age category too.
Well done all organisers, as ever, brilliant.

In short: Just simply the best club organised race in my book
In full: Love it. Will do this for as long as my legs allow.
I live all of 60 seconds walk from the start, so to have my favourite local race on my doorstep was bliss. Held in the awesome Bushy Park you won't get much better scenic 7.1k races on a Friday evening anywhere.
It's not quite on a course allowing for top speed due to the grass parts, but you still get some World Class runners turn up and run World Class times. Where else can you mix it with Olympians and World Champions in such a setting?
Atmosphere for me is what makes this race so special - being cheered on by almost every other spectator and having fellow runners remark on this during the race sums it up. The post race gathering on the Cricket Pitch afterwards is always fun.
The key-lime green t-shirt is pretty nice. I like the colour and design.
I always want to have a great race as this one means so much to me, and if you take part in it, you'll come to love it too.

In short: I did not like this race...I loved it
In full: I had problems finding the start of the race, the bus drivers and the locals had never heard of Hampton high street or Hampton hill, except for one jogger! I eventually found the start of the race and I realised what a beautiful park it was. This race was chip timed – which you attach to your trainers. At the start of the race a gentleman explained that the Wedding day 7k race was to celebrate the marriage of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. During the race I had no choice but to take it easy; because throughout the race, I was carrying an injury and I also recently I had my wisdom tooth taken out. The race started and finished on grass and was generally on a flat terrain. I give my thanks to the Marshalls who shouted ‘well done Orpington’ during my race. Despite my injuries I managed to finish the race and secure myself a green ‘Wedding Day’ t- shirt for my effort and a voucher for a bottle of ‘for Goodness shakes’.
I’ve always wanted to do this race and I was happy it did not disappoint my expectations which allowed me to ignore the pain.
This was a well organised and a well marshalled race.
I would also like to give a tribute to Sir Bobby Robson (18 February, 1933 – 31 July2009). You are the Greatest Manager that ever lived in England.
Rest in Peace, and God bless.

Farewell but not goodbye

In short: One word - fantastic!
In full: This was a fantastic race and a fantastic event for the whole family. Great organisation, very encouraging marshalls and even a BBQ at the end.
Great surprise that the kids got a T shirt after their race - and so appreciated.
Will definitely be back next year and would recommend it to all.

In short: Enjoyable race
In full: Another good race and another PB, though I don't do that many 7.2k races. Looking forward to next year, must try harder to beat Sonia O'Sullivan!
