In short: one of the best 10 mile runs that i have taken part in
In full: Nice weather for a run along the seafront.
A good day and very well organized.
Could have done with a drinks station at the half way point, but apart from that a very good day. I will be back next year.

In short: Lovely weather and nice and local
In full: My twin siter has already made the point that as a back runner that I had a bit of hassel with a marshall towards the end of the race. I don't believe he was Folkestone Club memember or a runner. The marshall on his bike and others were very encouraging and the annoucer at the end listened to our moans about the lack of signs and mile markers being moved before I finished the race. Yep I am never going to be a front runner but to be tutted at by a marshall for being at the back and then him moaning when he asked if I was last and i told him that there was a further 2 runners behind me did nothing for my already bad run. I hate being asked if I am the last as I tend to only know what is ahead of me and not who is behind me. Give me the back marshall at last years Larkfield 10k any day who encouraged me and my sister round and made us feel very welcome. I will do it again as I am not a beginner and I will not let on negative marshall put me off. Thanks to all the encouragement from all the runners that past us on their way back and all the other marshalls and Folkestone running club members who gave up their Good Friday to help the rest of the event go smoothly.

In short: Fast, flat and fantastic weather!
In full: Not sure about the distance, my Garmin showed 10.1 miles and a friend also showed 10.13. I see also that another runer has posted a similar comment on here as well. Oh well, no big issue just ruins your PB potential (if the garmins are accurate!).

Otherwise it was a great race and superb weather. Much better than last year!

In short: Flat course and good conditions made for perfect for pacing from start to finish
In full: This was the first time I've run a completely flat course and being able to run at such an even pace was a great confidence booster, particularly in the latter stages. A big thanks to the organisers, marshalls and everyone else who gave encouragement on the way.

In short: A great day out!
In full: Lovely weather, good organisation and a speedy course. Doesn't it make a difference when it isn't lashing down with rain? Bit distressing to see the poor chap being given mouth to mouth on the sea front - but I gather he wasn't in the race - but it does bring it home to you ......
