In short: Wonderful views and ideal running terrain, great team event for all.
In full: Complete contrast to my last race (FLM) but just as enjoyable. A challenge to all concerned, runners and non-runners as driving was just as important. But great fun and varying distances mean all can join in.

In short: Glorious weather and stunning scenery definately a bonus!
In full: Mixed distance stages to accommodate all levels - so a real team event. Half the fun was in driving to your stage of the race in time whilst dodging diversions and coping with navigators who couldn't read a map!!!

In short: Great team race and excuse for a running weekend away, but was let down by slightly dangerous organisation at road crossings
In full: Great team race and excuse for a running weekend away. I ran one leg and watched the others, which was a challenge in itself! The organisation was equally friendly, but was let down by slightly dangerous road crossings with no signs to warn vehicles. There was also no information to indicate te progress of the race, and therefore when any particular leg was due to begin - small point though because our team organisation proved fun in itself!

In short: Great opportunity to get together with other forumites for a Sunday run.
In full: Well organised relay run through the Derbyshire countryside, great organisation and a friendly atmosphere made for a good day out. Each leg starts as the winner of the previous leg arrives, so even though we finished last it did not feel like it!
