In short: Nasty hills but well organised.
In full: I was very impressed with the organisation - the course was well marked out, well marshall and had 3 nasty hills!!! It was a boring course but not worried - the less distractions the better when I'm trying to run quickly!
I got a PB and would definately do this again.

In short: Pleasant atmosphere. Another well organised undulating race from Barnsley AC.
In full: A well marshalled race on local roads around Carlton near Barnsley. The course itself isn't that inspiring - starting on a main road, before dropping into an industrial estate and then a small housing estate before returning to the main road and a short, sharp hill a couple of hundred metres before the finish.
The memento was another nice T-shirt. Good value consideringt he low entry fee. Can't fault the organisation at all and a big thanks to those people who gave up their Sunday morning to marshal the event!
