In short: Slippy in parts with two hills to overcome, a good start to the year

In short: Needs to NOT place the changing rooms across a muddy area. Needs to decide whether it is cross country or tarmac/trail, otherwise end up slipping (no spikes) or running on one foot wide strip of grass next to tarmac (spikes)
